Five Reasons to Upgrade from Galaxy S9 to the S10

Sometimes with all of the advances and upgrades in the phone industry, it can be hard to keep up. Especially if you are a fan of the Galaxy or iPhone series. Luckily, however, we are here from Ghostek to help steer you in the right direction as far as selecting a phone goes. Today we are considering the Galaxy S9 and whether or not you should upgrade to the new Galaxy S10 that is to be released sometime in this new year. If you have the S8 and are considering the switch to an S9, there are quite a few interesting facts and features included with the S10 that may make you reconsider and wait for the new Galaxy S10.

Camera Improvements

If you own a Galaxy S8 or S9, then you already know how great the camera is. After all, who doesn’t want to document their favorite memories? This is the reason why, if you happen to have an S8, you are going to want to wait for the S10 rather than purchasing the S9. The S10 provides a host of improvements, including upgrades to the camera.

A Sleek new design

Sometimes like with the iPhone, phones can end up looking very similar even when they are newly released. However, with the Galaxy S10, there are many evolutions to Samsung’s Infinity display. It still features curved edges with the biggest difference being that the bezels above and below the screen are significantly smaller. Additionally, it is a bit thinner than the S9 which is always nice.

High-tech Fingerprint Sensor

The S10 line of Galaxies will ultimately feature new and improved fingerprint sensors that are embedded within their displays. This will enable the user to avoid smearing oil all over the back of the phone in search of the sensor. In the end, users will be able to unlock their phones, approve payments, and open apps by touching a certain area on the phone’s screen.

Higher Performance

The upcoming Galaxy S10 and S10+ will feature next-generation 7nm chips that are increasingly more powerful and effective than anything featured in a Galaxy phone since its inception. In the US, the Galaxy S10 and S10+ will take advantage of Qualcomm’s upcoming Snapdragon processor. Outside of America however, the phone will sport a brand new Exynos chip. Either way, this phone will be more powerful than any Android seen yet.

Spoilt for Choice

Last on the list, it is important to recognize the fact that the S10 will ultimately provide consumers with options not provided by earlier versions of the Galaxy or Note. In fact, the Galaxy S10 will be available in three sizes with an array of different price points depending on your preference. Therefore, if you prefer a larger or smaller display, you have the option to choose either or—whatever tickles your fancy.

Choosing the Galaxy S10

As you can see, there are plenty of advantages to the Galaxy S10. Once it hits the market, Galaxy fans will certainly be pleased, and we highly recommend its purchase.
